Alt- Pop band Stranger Girl hit back with the release of 'wasting', a song that captures dreamy vibes while being lifted with its glittering melody.

Stranger girl have been making noise since forming in 2017. The band have already created a name from themselves, due to consistently playing dates across Brighton and London as well as previously gaining a spot on Spotify's 'Hot New Bands' playlist. The four- piece have successfully created a unique sound, carried by the strong delivery of Lead Singer Melissa Douglas' powerful vocal range and 'Wasting' perfectly encapsulates what you should expect from this band.

The upbeat track is sure to captivate you with the amount of energy in which it holds. The memorable chorus makes for easy listening, but it is the fast pace of the song that carries the attitude which lingers off the end of every lyric. The vibrancy that surrounds the track, from the quirky female vocals and the sweet melody and even the artwork for the song, makes for an exciting listen while really showcasing what Stranger Girl is all about.

The band are set to play a Launch show for the track at The Prince Albert tonight, so be sure to check out all the details on their Facebook, while streaming ' Wasting' on Spotify.
